Valeo Solutions offers corporate operations consulting, workflow automation analysis, and administrative advisory. Our engagements include warehouse logistics audits, assembly line bottleneck identification, employee manual structuring, and scheduling framework design. All services are delivered on a project basis as outlined in a signed statement of work.
You agree to provide accurate and timely information about your operations, facilities, and personnel. You are responsible for granting reasonable access to your premises and systems for the duration of the audit or consulting engagement. Failure to provide necessary data may delay deliverables and is not grounds for a refund.
Valeo Solutions provides recommendations based on observed conditions and industry standards. We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, productivity gains, or defect reductions. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
All deliverables—including audit reports, workflow diagrams, manual templates, and scheduling models—are the intellectual property of Valeo Solutions until full payment is received. Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the deliverables for your internal operations. You may not resell or distribute them without our written consent.
Either party may terminate a project with 14 days written notice. In the event of termination, you are responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date. Valeo Solutions reserves the right to terminate immediately if you violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal conduct.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
